제품에 하자가 있거나 오배송된 경우, 상품 수령 후 7일 이내에 고객센터로 연락 주시면 교환 또는 환불이 가능합니다.

착용 흔적, 세탁, 훼손이 있는 경우 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.
(Items with signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be exchanged or refunded.)

해외 배송의 경우 관부가세 및 왕복 배송비는 고객 부담입니다.
(For international orders, customs duties and round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer.)

환불은 제품 회수 및 검수 후 영업일 기준 5~7일 이내 처리됩니다.
(Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.)
